• Your Discord user ID and username

• Guild (server) ID where the bot is used

• Wallet balances and coin transfer history

• Game participation data (e.g., wins/losses, leaderboard position)

 

We do not collect:

• Email addresses, IP addresses, or personal identifiable information (PII) beyond your public Discord data

 

2. How We Use Your Data

• To manage your in-game progress and wallet balance

• To display leaderboard rankings

• To detect and prevent abuse or manipulation of features​

 

3. Data Storage

• All data is stored securely in a private database.

• Wallet and gameplay data are stored per-guild and are not shared across servers.​

• Data is retained while you actively use the bot. If you leave all servers or request deletion, your data will be removed.

 

4. Data Sharing

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.

• We may share anonymized statistics to improve the bot’s performance and reliability.

 

5. Your Rights​

• You may request deletion of your data at any time.

• You can stop data collection by removing the bot or leaving a server where it is active.

 

6. Children's Privacy

• Drodned is not intended for users under the age of 13.​

• We do not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

• If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will promptly delete it.

 

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

Continued use of the bot after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
